Returns Policy
Urban Pirate hopes that you will be 100% satisfied with your order, and make every effort to give you the best products and service. However, occasionally things may not be to your liking and you'll need to return something. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. If you wish to return an item, it must be in a condition that allows it to be re-sold.

All items must be returned with all relevant swing tags, labelling, branding and any accompanying marketing material specific to the item.

We reserve the right to withhold exchange, credit or refund if the item is visibly worn, damaged, marked, washed, smells of smoke, aftershave, perfume, deodorant or washing powder, or is in any condition that we deem renders the item un-saleable.

You do not need to contact us for a Returns Number.
